I question the use of ignominious existence. This is a value judgement that is unbalanced. What is the source.

The other point of view was that she was instrumental to improving the life chance of generations of boys who without her would not have led successful lives in the Merchant or Royal Navy. Image:Pekingship.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. WikiProject Military history/Assessment/Tag & Assess 2008[edit]
