I doubt "prior to 2014, because harsh treatment by passengers and the crew itself. Most problems usually came from illegal passengers." Maybe its somebody's personal opinion and I'm keen to believe this, but how about present, what has changed, what sources? Horst Emscher (talk) 07:54, 16 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
