Understanding the Value of Nothing[edit]

From a Modern Building to Run Down "Beach"[edit]

What is the matter with some folks? For despite remaining modern-looking and cutting-edge, some short-sighted people would be happy for London's Zoos most well-known structure to be blown up. Then again, while the new Penguin Beach might be more 'eco-friendly', does it not look cheap and nasty?

Given this, might not the article have a section on the value of the Penguin Pool?
