The 645D production[edit]

I heard that the lenses (though not the external housings) were already produced by the time Hoya bought the company.
Secondly, I have read elsewhere on Wiki that the 645 was withdrawn from production http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pentax_cameras#645D

First Pentax 645 lenses had been available in 1984, decades before Hoya did buy the company.
