Instead of starting a sentence with a numeral, "There is also a correlation between gender and occupation. 1881 Pentlow fits the traditional model of a 19th century family." you might try: "A correlation between gender and occupation found in 1881 Pentlow fits the traditional model of a 19th century family."
Re "Listed Buildings in Pentlow, Braintree, Essex", Good Stuff isn't an author. But not all sources have listed authors.
