Sparse coverage by international news channels[edit]

It's interesting that the only sources for this article are exclusively local. The two big international news channels that would usually snap up coverage of this rally, CNN and BBC News, made no mention of it; just about the only assumption is that the rally been so peaceful that these news channels thought they don't make for interesting news, but normally they still tend to mention protests like this in passing or publish a brief article on them. The only other major news source that actually covered this was Al-Jazeera (which is reasonable given they have considerable presence in Kuala Lumpur). - 175.139.152.99 (talk) 02:29, 14 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Chronology[edit]
