Reason for this page[edit]

The page Permanent Mandates Commission is found as a stub. There were more than a dozen mandates so perhaps that is a reason why the pages has not been developed. In addition the oversight of the sui generis mandate for Palestine is complex and interesting enough to warrant its own page (I am not sure about the others at this point, perhaps others as well).
