Flights from mainland Australia to Norfolk Island are considered "international" - they leave from international airport terminals in Australia and a passport is required, so probably yes. JAJ 09:50, 6 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I'd say it is international travel. Even Australian citizens require a passport or Document of Identity to travel to Norfolk Island. Robert Brockway 23:24, 6 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
