Peter Burt has been outspoken recently in opposition to what are called "fair value" rules in accounting, in the belief that they've had recessionary consequences. --Christofurio (talk) 02:45, 9 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

There was a recent episode of BBC's Last Words that featured Sir Peter Burt after his death.
