Fair use rationale for Image:Clemenza.jpg[edit]

Image:Clemenza.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. The comment wasn't the most famous line from the movie, but rather, Clemenza's most famous line.TheBaron0530 (talk) 17:42, 14 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Dubious[edit]

The paragraph above where this tag is placed seems to be a possible hoax (I also added the {{Disputed section}} template to the top). It was previously removed and I added it back. Still not sure if it needs to be removed as it could be true, although I have been unable to verify it. If anyone knows, please either add a citation or remove.
