Petit verdotPetit Verdot — Names of cultivars (such as grape varieties) should be written capitalized according to ICNCP. An alternative usage (not in accordance with ICNCP) is sometimes seen, where color identifiers such as "blanc" are written lowercase, but not "non-color words" such as "Verdot".
