Place of birth[edit]

There's a discrepancy between the European Parliament website, which gives his place of birth as Bucharest, and the Romanian Wikipedia, which gives it as somewhere in Gorj County, so I've left this out for now. — Trilobite 21:28, 2 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
