Compounding pharmacies[edit]

Regarding this removal by Formerly 98, with the edit summary 'manufactured compound drugs: pharmaceutical companies would ordinarily be the victim and not the perpetrator of formulation fraud by compounding pharmacies', could you rephrase your rationale? A quick search turned up one source which uses the term 'Pharmaceutical fraud' to describe the recent meningitis outbreak linked to compounding pharmacies: http://radioboston.wbur.org/2014/12/17/pharmaceutical.
