This article is in need of improvement, as are the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania article and the section on the courts in Philadelphia. I added a paragraph and a reference, but more needs to be done. Someone with more knowledge (a Philadelphia lawyer, maybe) needs to do much more. --DThomsen8 (talk) 10:17, 4 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
