Pre-university education omitted[edit]

Article was written rather peacockily e.g. "preeminent" and "was educated at" a university college, most who get to university have already spent a dozen years in formal education. Nothing is said of the chemist's peculiar fitness to advise on education.--SilasW 12:41, 15 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
