200 floors?[edit]

I know the source (Manila Standard Today) says 200 floors, but if it really was filled with regular floors, occupiable by humans for work or leisure, then this structure would be a skyscraper. However, it certainly looks like and observation/telecoms tower and is described as one in the same source. Mainenence levels without regular access, don't really count as floors. I think it is highly improbable that 200 proper floors will be constructed. Astronaut (talk) 03:22, 18 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
