Evaluating PDAP[edit]

1. The article discusses the programs of PDAP without much detail on success or impact of each program in the overarching goal of alleviating poverty and inequality in the Philippines. For example, when discussing "Promoting Participation in Sustainable Enterprises", the conclusion is: Through this program, PDAP realised the importance of linkages between the rural communities and the market, and provided marketing support to the enterprises. (Realized is spelled incorrectly). This doesn't discuss the impact of such program or discuss impact on inequality of poverty other than supporting to enterprises.

2. In addition, a citation leads somewhere else:

"Federation of Peoples' Sustainable Development Cooperative, History, http://www.fpsdc.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=2:history&catid=1:home&Itemid=1 (accessed February 18, 2012)." leads to "http://www.18sunvip.com/" a Chinese website with no information on PDAP.

3. Overall, I think the article could benefit from more detail describing program and impact as well as just filling in gaps of history behind PDAP.
