Irrelevant information?[edit]

this article is a lot about studies and what those studies want, and almost not about the toxin.80.61.108.70 (talk) 08:42, 26 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

    Absolutlely right, I came to this page looking forward to see what medical condition would this be useful to, and after reading it I have no idea — Preceding unsigned comment added by Granito diaz (talkcontribs) 22:08, 14 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

==Importance and Class==

I have rated the importance of this article following the guidelines of the Importance Scale in the WikiProject of Chemistry which says that "Low" should be given to any article of specialist interest, and as this is a neurotoxin only found in the venom of the Brazilian Wandering spider, one would have to have a special interest in the chemical compounds which make up this specific venom in order to require the use of the information on this page.

I have also rated this article's class as a "Start" based on the guidelines provided in the Quality Scale found in the WikiProject Chemistry because it adhere's to the description given, minus the lack of a table. In this, I mean that the article has a good amount of information documenting physical effects and properties of the toxin, but does not provide much on the chemical make-up. However, it does contain a table showing it's place among the different toxins and the categories containing them. ThsTorturedSoul (talk) 19:35, 14 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
