Does this sentence make sense?[edit]

"Aboard Air Force One, the White House doctor is equipped with emergency medical equipment, an operating table, and operating room lights installed at the center of the presidential plane, except for an X-ray machine and laboratory equipment." 203.35.82.136 (talk) 20:53, 9 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Rephrased in article. - AnakngAraw (talk) 21:19, 9 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Or this one?[edit]

"Among the White House staff who acted as former White House physicians:" —Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.35.82.136 (talk) 20:59, 9 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Can't find this statement in article. - AnakngAraw (talk) 21:19, 9 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Key source[edit]

Lots of stuff on physician to the president. http://books.google.com/books?id=6m75P0WpGHMC&pg=PA533&dq=%22senior+physician+to+the+president%22&hl=en&ei=RirnS8nVDISdlgerxMzoBg&sa=X&oi=book_result&ct=result&resnum=1&ved=0CDoQ6AEwAA#v=onepage&q=%22physician%20to%20the%20president%22&f=false - 160.39.65.215 (talk) 21:35, 9 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • The book is currently cited in the article. The article could be vastly expanded, too. Ludwig Deppisch's terrific book, The White House Physician: A History From Washington to George W. Bush, is also a good resource. FYI, I would avoid using Google books links unless the entire text is available online. Otherwise, the link is merely a partial link to something which the reader must buy in order to access, making it a) advertising and b) useless (like pay-to-view newspaper archives). It proves the book exists, but not what the text says. - Tim1965 (talk) 14:50, 12 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

New WH doctor[edit]

"Sean Conley, a Navy officer who took over Jackson’s role as the president’s personal doctor last month, will continue in the role, the officials said."
