This page could have much better grammar and the english is too simple.--Granpire Viking Man 00:41, 9 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I tried to rework the previous article, but I agree; it really does need a full rewrite. Unfortunately I don't know enough about the device's past to do it myself. I think it could use some real information about the development of the Pilot instead of the technical specs that occupy this space currently. Compass NW 20:14, 11 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The green button couldn't have been used for "Power and backlight control" as stated because the Palm 1000 and 5000 models didn't had backlight at that time. 207.35.240.157 15:29, 7 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The manual linked must be for a slightly later model, maybe the Personal/Professional models, since it does mention a backlight control. You should change it and anything else inaccurate you come across. Compass NW 03:26, 9 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Change Title[edit]

this discusses both the pilot 1000 & 5000 history and a link directs me to this page on the 5000 series, the title should read:

Pilot 1000 & 5000

Merge with PalmPilot[edit]

I think this article should be merged with the PalmPilot article since basically they are word-for-word copies of each other and it seems the hardware is virtually identical. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 64.238.172.212 (talk) 03:21, 11 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
