Biohazard Bags (on wheel)
In the United States, there are wheels which feature plastic bags to pick up dog waste but none for biohazard materials and other HAZMAT at recycling centers to remove mercury-filled light bulbs. If anyone (especially international users) learns of a common sense repair please add it to the article and write on my talk page. Thanks!
