The citation for this claim is 30 years old:

"Plea bargaining in the United States is very common; the vast majority (roughly 90%)"

Actually, it was from the 1960s - about half a century old. I managed to find a source from 2001, but it would be nice if someone could find an up-to-date one. 71.231.42.97 (talk) 11:22, 29 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
