Wood Pellet Facility[edit]

This article may be of use to expand the page. Also the BBC report on the new facility. Though neither give the actual dock which is been used for shipment. Keith D (talk) 21:14, 9 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hull docks[edit]

I have ran into several references where the collective docks are referred to as (the) "Hull docks". I don't know if this is a local thing but I didn't see this mentioned in the article. Can someone let me know? Otr500 (talk) 19:37, 28 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Sentence wording.[edit]

The Town Docks subsection: Can someone explain something to me? The first paragraph states "By the mid 1700s the overcrowding of ships in the River Hull, or Old Harbour, had reached an {extant} that ships where being damaged,...". I am familiar with the word "extant" being used when referring to "still existing" or surviving from some point to the current, but not for meaning reaching a "point" or a current point (at the time) of existence. When I looked I did find a definition; "currently or actually existing <the most charming writer extant — G. W. Johnson>" so it would also mean "reached a point (of existence)" and still not sure if this is a better choice of words. I would appreciate some info on this. Looks like a typo and probably should be extent. Keith D (talk) 22:12, 28 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, that would make more sense. So "had reached a point" would have been as good or even better. Otr500 (talk) 22:26, 28 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

You haven't explained what you think is wrong. The main coordinates in the article (those in the title position) appear to be correct, and I'm not seeing any obvious errors in the "Maps and landmark coordinates" section. If you think that there is an error, you'll need to provide a clear explanation of what it is. Deor (talk) 11:26, 19 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
