I understand Facebook's not a reliable source, but this post by the Architectural Heritage Center says, "Located at SW 10th and Clay St., the building most recently known as the Portland Korean Church was built in 1905 as the First German Evangelical Church. In 1912, the First German congregation moved into a new building and the 10th and Clay building became home to Clay Street Evangelical Church. In later years the church was known as First Evangelical. In 1978, the Portland Korean Church purchased the building. The Portland Korean Church occupied the building until 2015, when it was sold to a private investor. It has been vacant since that time. The church building was designed by little-known Portland architect Henry C. Dittrich, who lived and worked in Portland from around 1890 until 1926. Another church designed by Dittrich (built in 1914), still stands at NE 9th and Fremont St."
