PPNB origins[edit]

Could someone add the references for these evidences? "shows evidence of a northerly origin, possibly indicating an influx from the region of north eastern Anatolia." -- Liseranius (talk) 23:50, 04 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

PPNA vs PPNB[edit]

Is it possible if you could clarify the differences between PPNA and PPNB. It is unclear whether there was domestication of livestock in A as well as B. Since in the article for PPNA it states that both plant and animal domestication occurred, however, in the article for PPNB it is stated that the main difference between A and B is the development of animal domestication during PPNB. Thanks=)

Dating style[edit]

There are more than one terminologies for indicating the date in this article. Normally I'd just count up the usages of BCE vs. BC & change them all to the predominant one, & if someone objected they would be welcome to change it to the other usage. (I'm not enforcing one or another style, just expecting consistency.) However. there is a third one here -- BP, or Before present, which provides the number of years before 1950 (if I remember the definition correctly).

So is this a predominantly archeological article (in which BP would be the better choice), or a historical one (in which BC or BCE is the better choice)? I'll leave it to the experts to decide. -- llywrch (talk) 17:44, 28 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
