Some proposed changes[edit]

I work for Precision Dynamics Corporation and noticed that your page for us has outdated information, contains typos, and is rather incomplete. Below, I've provided updated information about our company along with news sources for some of the information mentioned on the page. For instance, Brady Corporation acquired the company a few years ago, but it is not mentioned anywhere on the page.

Company Name: Update “PDC A Brady Business” to “PDC, A Brady Business”

Key People: Replace “Tracey Carpentier (CEO)” with “J. Michael Nauman (CEO)” Add “Robert Case (President)”

Main Description: “Precision Dynamics Corporation is a manufacturer of people and product identification solutions headquartered in Valencia, California and with offices in Belgium, France, and the United Kingdom. In addition, PDC operates manufacturing facilities in Tijuana, Mexico, Port Orange, Florida, and Nivelles, Belgium. It was acquired by Brady Corporation in 2012.[1] PDC’s offerings include auto identification wristbands, labels, medical records and imaging supplies, and equipment protectors, and patient safety products for healthcare, law enforcement, and leisure & entertainment markets.

PDC products are found in over 90% of hospitals in the United States. [2]

Looking at this now. Could you give me a source on all of those different manufacturing locations in the first paragraph? Also, your second source has "Source: PDC" at the top of it. I think the 90% statistic is too close to self-promotion to use unless an actual secondary source wrote it. Mehmuffin (talk) 17:33, 25 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
What type of sources would be acceptable for the manufacturing locations? Press releases or perhaps a website such as www.bloomberg.com?216.84.61.1 (talk) 16:30, 31 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
A third-party source like bloomberg would be very much so preferable but press releases could also would. Mehmuffin (talk) 16:20, 7 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Mehmuffin, thank you for editing my request.

“Brady (NYSE: BRC), a Milwaukee-based provider of signs, labels, die-cut materials and security systems and software, adds Precision Dynamics’ manufacturing facilities in Tijuana, Mexico, and Port Orange, Fla., and a European sales office with light manufacturing in Nivelles, Belgium.”

  • Okay, not having that 90% fact is fine with me.
  • Do you want me to provide additional sources for my proposed "History" section?
