I believe it's important to highlight that the website does not support the Welsh language seeing that it's a Welsh event promoted by the Welsh government, if editors disagree, outline why it shouldn't be explained (this is important), editors shouldn't remove without explaining why. I removed the text before I saw this but I'll add my commit summary here too by way of explanation: "rv unnecessary commentary - this is English Wikipedia". Relevant policies are WP:COMMENTARY and WP:SOAPBOX. I have further removed the Etymology section for the same reasons. If you can find non-trivial mention in reliable sources that discuss the use of the English language in connection with the event then this might justify inclusion (though even then Wikipedia should almost certainly only report the reaction).
