Calling any text "the leading and authoritative text" in a given area is subjective in the extreme and should be avoided. As for notability - there are thousands upon thousands of books like this that are written for practitioners of the law. There are also thousands upon thousands of such books written for doctors, librarians, accountants, etc. etc. etc. Are ALL of them worthy of inclusion? This particular text is of interest to an extremely limited audience. English Corporate Insolvency Law - not exactly the stuff of best sellers. LTAdams (talk) 22:16, 15 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Well, it only says a leading text for "UK insolvency law" - certainly didn't want to claim it was authoritative for the world! I simply wanted to write up the principles, which Roy Goode proposes. I'll put up the two other texts for the UK. Wik idea 10:55, 16 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
