Heading and definition need to be specific[edit]

This article appears to be about 'problem management' specifically as it relates to IT but the definition at the start says that 'Problem management is the process responsible for managing the lifecycle of all problems.' which is fairly nonsensical. 'All' problems? Taken as read, that would include mental health issues, the fact that I wasn't happy with the sandwich served to me in my local cafe for lunch, etc. The article's heading needs to be specific about the actual subject of the article, and the definition also needs to be specific. Currently, the said heading and definition are so broad as to be meaningless. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.176.96.14 (talk) 07:51, 7 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
