Ownership vs. sponsorship[edit]

"Project Sponsorship is the ownership of projects on behalf of the client organization." Regardless of the fact that this is a cited reference, this circumduction seems ambiguous and particularly confusing to me as an introduction to the article. --Guillaume (talk) 16:39, 3 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
