Name of department[edit]

Shouldn't the name be other way around? "Publicity and Information Department (PAI, Korean: 선전선동부[1]), unofficially the The Propaganda and Agitation Department" Seems kind of biased. 46.109.191.221 (talk) 20:00, 25 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
