I moved the following edit to this discussion:

In science fiction, Protoculture is a plant based power source which allows extreme amounts of energy to be manufactured and stored in small places. For example, a few small canisters, which could be around the size of an automobile oil filter, can power a modern tank with all energy weapons for years.
Protoculture is manufactured by applying intense pressure onto the phenomenon of cellular division of the "Flower of LIfe". The amount of energy coming out of this system is more than the energy going into the system. This pressure inhibits the chemical processes taken place during cell division, which on the molecular scale is converting mass into energy, just like the human body converts mass into energy.
The state of matter of which protoculture exists is high energy plasma which appears to be easily manipulated and can flow in clear tubes for piping. This plasma is also easily stored, as in the canisters mentioned above.
It is unknown whether Protoculture is explosive in nature.

There is already an article for Protoculture (anime). Egan Loo 00:44, 10 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I saw that these paras were still in the article twelve days later, so I deleted them.
