Customer Agents[edit]

Although I can't say I disagree, might the following be just a tad biased-sounding?

Providian managed to become an all time leader in dumbest customer agents known to mankind.

settlement payout[edit]

The article says it was $100 million. The documentary "Maxed Out" claims it was $200 million? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Bmathew (talkcontribs) 07:09, 29 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Who actually owns Providian now? WaMu or Chase?[edit]

Article says they are owned by Washington Mutual. Most of Washington Mutual is now part of Chase because of a bank failure and is no longer named Washington Mutual. Is Providian part of what is left of Washington Mutual or part of Chase? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.109.159.54 (talk) 23:51, 28 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
