Page move[edit]

Hi im going to move this page from Pryor Creek, Oklahoma to Pryor, Oklahoma if no one has any problems with it. Just using pryor makes more sense because everyone uses just pryor not pryor creek, all the local area tv stations and even pryors offical website.--CPacker ^{talk to me} 21:35, 10 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

In the article itself, I'd prefer it if the references to Pryor Creek were simply references to Pryor. As CPacker indicates, that the official name is Pryor Creek is a bit of a quirk; not even the Postal Service calls it that. [1] GreenGourd (talk) 14:50, 23 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Possible copyvio[edit]

Content of the History section has been copied verbatim from the City of Pryor - History of Pryor web site.[[2]] without even including a source citation. I have tagged this for resolution. Bruin2 (talk) 15:48, 23 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

On December 7, unregistered user 84.191.23.2 removed the copyvio flag I had placed on the History section. However, the user gave no reason for the correction and made no revisions and added no citation for the quotation. I think this section is still a possible violation, but choose not to get involved in an edit war. The subject still deserves attention from Wikipedia administrators.Bruin2 (talk) 16:28, 19 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
