Does a link to KXUA really belong in the article? They happen to have their public file online but that seems to be the only reason they're here. Maybe a link right to their public file page? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 12.210.171.232 (talkcontribs)

Cleanup on Jan 10, 2007[edit]

Did a major cleanup and rewrite...it was missing things, I removed references to the non-comm and the advertisement for the product.

It was written in such a way to make you think that putting the public file online was the new craze--I can't find any reference to having the public file on a web site. Please provide the part of the rules which state it. There is wording regarding placing your EEO document on the website, if you have one, but nothing about the public file; the reference to having it in a "computer database" does not mean "putting it on your web site."

Also provided some real links to the FCC. --SamMichaels 17:11, 10 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Forgot that I wanted to clarify something else...I remove the reference to this also being called the "station log." The station log is not part of the public file and it is to be maintained per 73.1820[1]. --SamMichaels 17:16, 10 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
