Name Change[edit]

I changed the name to the english in order to bring it in line with the other foreign langauge football federtions on the english-speaking wikipedia. Im also planning to change the main text, as it currently mostly reads as a history of the national team (which has its own seperate article Puerto Rico national football team, rather than covering the Federation.
