I added the tag

tag to the background section because that section promotes the ideas (in fact it is a direct copy/paste from the book) presented in the PRACTICAL UML STATE CHARTS and is thus a form of advertisement for the book and the ideas it promotes. The book has a strong POV bias which is not universally accepted and thus this section of the article should be rewritten to make it clear that these are POV that the book promotes and on which the frame work is based not undisputed facts.

Note the majority of the text of this article has been written by User:Mirosamek - the president of the Quantum Leaps company [1]. johnSLADE (talk) 19:50, 17 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
