SOUP not a version of QWK[edit]

I object to the wording "SOUP was essentially a version of QWK [etc.]" Functionally, I can see how someone might say that -- they're both based on packets of messages. However, structurally, SOUP is based on Usenet standards, and is nothing at all like QWK. Blue Wave and OPX are much more similar to QWK. 72.66.26.188 19:26, 8 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You're absolutely right. Re-reading the docs I see I was confused by the terminology and that the two are fairly dissimilar. I wonder why he selected the same file extensions though?! Maury Markowitz (talk) 22:15, 20 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

External links modified[edit]

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on QWK (file format). Please take a moment to review my edit. You may add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it, if I keep adding bad data, but formatting bugs should be reported instead. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether, but should be used as a last resort. I made the following changes:
