More on the way[edit]

Currently, the article is basically a stub. As I continue with this, I will add more sources, especially for the claim that many agencies require or recommend quad charts in bidding. This is taken for granted by industry and subject matter experts but obviously needs more citation for readers who may not be acquainted with the subject.
