End title cards[edit]

@Supermann: I won't argue with the change to cast listing, but why did you move the "end title cards" comment? Aren't Cuervo and everyone below him listed in the end credits? GA-RT-22 (talk) 04:52, 7 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for pointing this out to me. I probably didn't appreciate how "" exactly works. Several seconds ago, I tried to put it behind Judi Dench and before Cuervo and preview the diff, it didn't seem to make a difference at all. Maybe you want to create a subsection like that of the Casino Royale (1967 film)? Thanks. Supermann (talk) 14:54, 7 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Issues with the lead[edit]

The current formation of the lead is awkwardly worded (e.g., "22nd in the James Bond series produced by Eon Productions" implies they are canonically the same; Eon just produce, the films are not part of one larger universe) contains unnecessary fluff and partial spoilers (e.g., Camile's motivations are not part of the premise of the film, thus spoiling a key part of the plot) and is missing information (e.g., nothing regarding the film's theatrical release or who plays who to delineate the cast). These are only a handful of the issues with the lead, like I also outlined with Casino Royale (2006).

The edit I proposed (https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Quantum_of_Solace&oldid=1108762003) provides a clearer, easier way to navigate reading the lead. In it, the film is described, the cast is outlined, a concise premise is given, relevant off-screen information is contained in one paragraph, and release information is added. I don't see this as an improvement. Starting with the intro. Distribed by. Why must this mentioned? None other Bond have this. Also "22nd film in the Eon Productions James Bond series" because there are also non Eon Bonds made. Your edit doesn't make that clear.Lobo151 (talk) 04:40, 6 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Lobo151, in the interest of concision and for us not to repeat ourselves, please see my response to your above concerns here (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Casino_Royale_(2006_film)#Issues_with_the_lead). Also, just because no "other Bond" includes distribution does not make them exempt from the standards of articles as outlined in WP: FILM. Furthermore, distribution information is already included in the edit revision of Skyfall you preferred. MrloniBoo (talk) 20:06, 5 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

"Bond captures Greene and interrogates him about Quantum"[edit]

Shouldn't we add a few words of explanation that when Bond captures Greene and interrogates him about Quantum, this interrogation isn't actually shown on screen? 2605:A000:FFC0:5F:F9BD:9D:B97C:57D4 (talk) 00:57, 29 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
