Flag[edit]

I live in Querétaro and I have never seen any "official" flag of the State. What is the source of this flag? Pablo 08:32, 6 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

There are two Queretaro's in Mexico, one on the Baja penninsula, and the other in central Mexico roughly two hours North of Mexico City. I think the description here is getting the two of them confused. "a coastal city" - nowhere near a coast. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Accuchillin (talkcontribs) 02:41, 11 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This line: "The Spanish conquerors were about to lose, when suddenly, the sky went dark and out of it came Saint James the Great and a fiery Holy Cross." needs to be elaborated upon or removed. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 189.234.7.23 (talk) 13:20, 6 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

About the official name[edit]

The Spanish Wikipedia article doesn't say anything about "Free and Sovereign State", so I do not know if it is the current official name of the Querétaro State.

Infobox flag RFC[edit]

Should this article have a flag inside the infobox? There is a discussion about it at WikiProject Mexico, where you can join and discuss it. (CC) Tbhotch 20:36, 17 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
