I really liked this article and learned a lot about QRM. It is defined very well and there is adequate background information about how it started and why. The only thing I could suggest to make this article better would be to somehow combine the implementation section with the organizational structure section. These two seemed pretty similar in content but just said in a different way. Also, if there any images related to QRM that you could add that could be helpful. I think this article is really informative, but a lot of the details that are specifically related to QRM do not go into enough detail. I could really have used further explanation of MCT, QRM number, and examples of different ways these could be used. I made a few changes in the flow of the document, corrected some grammar and linked more articles that I found helpful.
