- Case needs some exposition as to why it is an important decision
- Appeal section needs to refer to comments on previous CA/HL decisions and explain why they were applied/not applied/distinguished.
- Case needs Bailii reference if available
- Otherwise, commentary from legal textbooks would be helpful.
