Status of the wreck[edit]
The article notes 'In the movie, the wreck appears as an intact vessel on the ocean floor, unlike in reality; however this information was not known at the time of filming' - is this accurate, surely we knew from survivors that the ship didn't sink in one piece? --94.192.156.163 (talk) 10:52, 9 April 2012 (UTC)

- Since the film was released in 1976 nobody knew what the state of the titanic was until 1985 when its wreck was identified PlasmaticGrain (talk) 15:21, 3 March 2022 (UTC)
