... that after Ralph "Catfish" Smith's eight year career in the National Football League he opened Skinny's? Source: McDowell, played for the Philadelphia Eagles, Cleveland Browns and Atlanta Falcons. He operated a famous Mississippi-Louisiana line restaurant at Osyka, Skinney’s, for years after his retirement.

At Ole Miss, Smith was a two-way end on Ole Miss varsity teams that won 29 games, lost 3 and tied one, and played in two Sugar Bowls...
