Name spelling?[edit]

Early paintings by this artist spell his surname as Ransome Gillet Holdredge, and later works (during and after his time in France) use the spelling Holdridge. The title of this entry uses Holdridge, but then uses Holdredge variously within the article. Which name should be used, how will the spelling variants be covered in this article (i.e., Holdridge up to 1874, and Holdredge by 1876 and thereafter), and should searches for both spellings redirect to this page (and how)?
