Hi, all. I shouldn't have clicked "Save" right away, and I need to add to this page. I'll do it this weekend. Please don't delete it until I've fleshed it out. Among Seattle intentional communities, and in the local Jewish world, the Kibbutz is shaping up to be a significant force. Thanks!

You need to assert why it is notable or it will likely be deleted. Law type! snype? 11:22, 11 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

What constitutes notability? I read the Wikipedia notability guidelines, and there's clearly an ongoing debate. The Pacific Northwest has a sizable assortment of cohousing communities, and the Kibbutz is relatively new, but it may be the only Jewish cohousing project in the entire region. I think that's notable.Vonnenook (talk) 20:33, 11 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

In your own words, or paraphrase, why is it important? You don't have to establish notability to save it from getting deleted at this point, just tell everyone why this Kibbutz is noteworthy or important. Cheers. Law type! snype? 23:07, 11 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Duly noted. I think we've had more media coverage than I've listed, and I'll try to bulk up the article a bit so it conveys notability. Thanks! Vonnenook (talk) 17:31, 12 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
