Hey, I disagree! Per Wikipedia:Notability (people), people are notability if they have "multiple published secondary sources that are reliable, intellectually independent of each other, and independent of the subject." She's the subject of articles in Vox, Vanity Fair, and Slate, not to mention the various mentions in newspapers about her activism. She recently signed a book deal with a major publisher (Knopf), and I'd say she's well past the threshold of notability.
