Important to highlight---> that not one single source can verify that Rayo Withanage ever worked as a lawyer. Not one single source that Rayo Withanage worked as an investment banker in the United States or Latin American as sited by a press release interview. It has been verified that Rayo Withanage graduated from law school at the age of 22. Factually the BMB company was formed in 2004. Basic math state 2004-1978 = 26 years of age. What is not verified is the work experience and history from 2000-2004. Unless employment history is verified, it is misleading to say " worked as a lawyer or as an investment banker". Persons can not work in these two professions unless you have a license or law certificate. If you practice either profession you are registered with a company. It is odd that not one person nor company can verify such information. This can imply two meanings. The subject never had such work experience or the subject is not aware of such verification is requested. Why not state he was a heart surgeon, rocket scientist and rock star if this page is all about fiction and not facts. There is no proof of it being a multi-billion group. There are no assets which can be verified. The investment made in EMP Global was most likely as an investor into the funds as EMP Global do not own any revenue streams from the AUM going to BMB in their investor monthly reports nor mention BMB in such monthly investor reports. The company claims to own Alliance Capital Group or merged with Alliance Capital Group, however a quick verification with the Chamber of Commerce Netherlands shows there was never a merger nor is BMB listed as a shareholder as of October 2010. This is odd and strange. In previous versions of this Wikipedia it stated the joint-venture was being formed. Is there ownership as stated in the press articles. There are no sources citied for the Contrarian Capital acquisition in terms of price paid nor verification for AUM. Beacon Hospitality Partners LLC denies in the press it sold its operations to BMB but makes mention of Beacon Hospitality Partners Sarl as the entity being acquired but for an undisclosed amount. Verification is still being looked into for these two companies but information is not available. Is this odd? The IZO reference is interesting but since its announcement this charity fund has made no further announcements. Why? The website of IZO is minimal but BMB speaks about it being awarded the management. Multiple billions of zakat under their management control but no verification of funds collected nor distributed. This is odd for such a charity fund as disclosure on all other zakat funds is made public to announce the great efforts of zakat funds. The purpose of this discussion is to allow those with knowledge of the subject and the company to verify facts. It is not intended to harm or imply guilt or slander. Given what is going on here in the United States, we all strive to better understand companies and individuals who manage such vast sums of money. Madolf scandal is an example of why these pages are being questioned. If the facts can be verified and not through the press, then it gives the company more credibility. The same applies to the subject in this case. It is very impressive to manage billions at the age of 32. It is even more impressive to graduate from law school by the age of 22. These are verified facts and a credit to the subject. Work experience is another matter of question. Many successful individuals never had an education or work experience which may be the case for this subject? If this the case then it should be noted. If work experience was completed it should be cited with clarity. The more we can learn about the subject allows investors to trust and respect the achievements of the subject who manages vast sums of money. Let us not forget the likes of Sanford Investments, whom mislead his investors being a Caribbean Company and press articles quoting his work experience and billions under management. In the end, people believed the press and never verified if it was true or not. As the article attached to this page is quoted, the 'Subject' just can't stay out of the press, see PWR article. Why is that?

Why is that you ask? We are not investigative reporters, we just add content from cites. Madoff and Sandford, so what, they have no relevance at all here, please take care with your comments. Its irrelevant, he was trained and you can work independently as a investment banker and don't need to be employed by anyone, we have two cites at least for the banker claim, so its of little relevance at all, he is presently the CEO of a massive company, . Saudiartexpert - the comment of off2riorob is correct. Mannuk, unless you can state a source that Mr. Withanage never worked for a private equity firm or actually practiced law ever in his life, its a mute point. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Saudiartexpert (talkcontribs) 15:24, 11 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
