Preserving out of date chart if there are desires to update it[edit]

The following chart, I removed today from the main page due to it being significantly out-of-date. Also data is inconsistent by year within the chart. It's a perfectly valid inclusion if brought up to date, so I am preserving it here on the talk page in case someone wants to undertake this work.
